What we collect and why.
We only ask for what we need to deliver your order or answer your message. Here is what happens to your details.
Saved in your browser
Your cart and any unfinished checkout details (name, mobile number, email, emirate, address, notes and colours) are kept in your browser so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us until you pay or send the order. Clearing your site data removes them.
Details we receive
When you pay by card or send an order on WhatsApp, we receive your name, mobile number, email, emirate, delivery address, notes, the products you chose and, if you share it, your location pin. We use them to reserve the stock, deliver the order and contact you about it. After a card payment we email you a confirmation.
Only if you press the button
Your location is shared only when you press "Pin my location" and allow it in your browser. It is sent with the order so we can find your address. You can remove the pin before you order.
Card payments go through Stripe
Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive the payment confirmation and the fee details.
Messages
The name, phone or email and message you send through the contact form are emailed to us. The website does not keep a copy.
Who helps us run the shop
We use trusted services to host the website, take payments, store orders and send emails. They only receive the details needed to do that job.
Anonymous usage measurement
We use Vercel Analytics to count page visits and improve the website. It does not receive your cart or checkout details.
