Prices and availability
Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. Standard PLA is AED 59, Kingroon PLA Matte is AED 57, and PETG is AED 52 per 1 kg spool. Stock is confirmed before payment. We do not substitute brands, types, tones, or colors without approval.
Offers
No product, promotion-code, or quantity discount applies. Each spool keeps its listed price. Orders of 10 or more spools receive free UAE delivery while qualifying stock is available.
Delivery
UAE delivery is AED 20 for 1–9 spools and normally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery is free for 10 or more spools.
Returns and defects
Unused, vacuum-sealed filament in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Opened spools are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective goods qualify for replacement or refund. Mandatory UAE consumer rights still apply.
Custom-printing quotes
Calculator results are estimates, not accepted service quotes. Printability, stock, material, colour, quantity, delivery, and final price are confirmed before a custom-printing order is accepted. You must have the right to use and reproduce every file you submit.
