Clear terms for filament and print orders.
These rules cover prices, delivery, offers, payment, custom prints, returns and defects for orders from Alain Prints.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. Check each product for the current 1 kg spool price. Stock is confirmed before payment. We do not substitute brands, types, tones, or colors without approval.
Offers
No product, promotion-code, or quantity discount applies. Each spool keeps its listed price. Orders of 10 spools or more receive free UAE delivery while qualifying stock is available.
Delivery
UAE delivery is AED 25 for 1–9 spools and takes 1–4 business days. Delivery is free for 10 spools or more.
Payment and reservations
You can pay by card or Apple Pay at checkout, or send your order on WhatsApp and we will confirm payment with you. Your spools are reserved when you place the order. A reservation that is not paid for can expire and the stock is released.
Custom prints
For custom prints we confirm the price, colour and delivery date with you on WhatsApp before we start.
Returns and defects
Unused, vacuum-sealed filament in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Opened spools are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective goods qualify for replacement or refund. Mandatory UAE consumer rights still apply.

Print settings and temperature ranges we share are starting points. Results depend on your printer, settings and model. Content on this website is not professional, safety or engineering advice.
