Delivery, returns, and defects.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Final availability is confirmed before payment.
UAE delivery
AED 20 standard delivery for orders of 1–10 spools. Delivery is free for orders of more than 10 spools. We deliver to all Emirates.
Processing and tracking
Orders are processed within one business day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Tracking is sent by email when available.
Unopened returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The spool must be unused, vacuum-sealed, and in its original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
Wrong or damaged order
Contact us promptly with the order details and photos. Confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective products qualify for replacement or refund, including reasonable return delivery.
Opened spools
Opened filament is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. For a suspected manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with the spool label, photos, print settings, and a description of the problem.
Colors and promotions
We never substitute a color without approval. No discount codes or bundle discounts apply. Free delivery for more than 10 spools applies only while qualifying UAE stock is available.
